These Terms are written in English and are intended for players located in the Philippines. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
To register and maintain an account on the bingolus Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
bingolus reserves the right to request valid Philippine government-issued identification — including but not limited to a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card — at any point during the registration process or thereafter, for the purpose of verifying your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bingolus may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Age Restriction: Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access your bingolus account is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law. bingolus takes underage gambling prevention seriously and cooperates fully with regulatory authorities on such matters.
To access the full range of bingolus services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number — is truthful and accurate.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. bingolus employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bingolus reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.
You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your registered details — including a change of mobile number, email address, or residential address — must be reported to bingolus promptly via the account settings page or by contacting customer support.
KYC Verification: bingolus is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Account verification is required before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC verification may deposit and play but will not be able to withdraw funds until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bingolus account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
bingolus will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bingolus that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You must notify bingolus immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. bingolus recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts as an additional security measure.
bingolus shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such loss is directly attributable to bingolus's own negligence or wilful misconduct.
All financial transactions on the bingolus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). bingolus supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at bingolus's discretion.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your bingolus account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing system. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change. bingolus does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. For verified accounts, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within one (1) business day. bingolus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request where required by anti-money laundering obligations or internal risk procedures.
Funds deposited into your bingolus account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. bingolus will not process withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to another person, regardless of the circumstances.
Withdrawal Policy: Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of your request. bingolus reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bingolus promotions:
All games available on the bingolus Platform — including bingo, slots, live dealer games, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact bingolus customer support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. bingolus's decision on disputed game results is final, subject to applicable regulatory review processes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bingolus Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the bingolus Platform — including but not limited to the bingolus name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of bingolus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bingolus Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bingolus.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bingolus's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bingolus account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bingolus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if bingolus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bingolus does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bingolus will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Upon closure of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to bingolus.
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting bingolus customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bingolus Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with bingolus informally by contacting our customer support team. bingolus will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
bingolus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bingolus will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the bingolus Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
