The bingolus Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. bingolus does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the account registration and KYC process to prevent underage access to the Platform.
If bingolus becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21 without appropriate parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. bingolus primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or infrastructure partners located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud hosting providers — bingolus ensures that such transfers are conducted in compliance with the DPA and NPC regulations on cross-border data transfers.
